I believe that a clear space nurtures a clear mind.
I’m here to guide you in simplifying your surroundings and creating space for wellbeing, balance, and ease.
As a certified KonMari Consultant, I’m drawn to the method’s mindful philosophy—celebrating the items that spark joy instead of focusing on what to discard.
I can guide you through decluttering and organising your home so you can maximise space, find clarity, and create a calm, intentional environment that supports your wellbeing.
About Me
Personal Story
When I discovered the KonMari Method in 2024, it resonated deeply with my belief that small, intentional changes can have a powerful impact.
I’m delighted to start this new chapter as a KonMari Consultant, helping you create a home that feels calm, purposeful, and aligned with what sparks joy.
What is the KonMari Method?
The KonMari Method is a decluttering and organising approach created by Japanese tidying expert Marie Kondo.
It focuses on keeping only the items that “spark joy” and letting go of things that no longer serve a meaningful purpose in your life.
Rather than tidying room by room, the method organizes by category—such as clothes, books, papers, and sentimental items—so you can clearly see what you own and make more intentional decisions.
The goal is not just a tidy home, but a calmer, more mindful lifestyle built around the things you truly value.
Hi, my name is Tara. I’ve worked as a nurse for over 40 years, specialising in supporting people to build positive health behaviours and routines that enhance wellbeing.
